03-17-2008: All charges against Princeton University student William O. Scharf relating to the alleged service of alcohol to an underage student on December 2, 2007  have been dismissed after aggressive representation by Mr. Cipparone, who from the beginning noted that the charges were unfounded.  Read more about this case at the IvyGate blog.
